MTN Limited Edition – Maye

Maye was born in Sète in 1990 and discovered his passion for drawing at an early age. He began expressing himself through graffiti on the streets of Montpellier in 2004, developing a deep research into lettering and urban visual language. Influenced by the local scene and through numerous collaborations, Maye earned recognition among his peers.

A self-taught painter, Maye transitioned from walls to canvas in 2013, blending both mediums in complementary ways. Working on canvas allows him to transform experiments from ephemeral surfaces into permanent artworks, applying his meticulous attention to detail and narrative style. His canvases often depict allegorical scenes inspired by personal experiences, memories, and imagination, inviting viewers into a rich visual journey.
