2014. TALLINN. LILLEKÜLA TRAIN PLATFORM
One summer evening, three friends, united by a shared dream and vision, gathered on a train platform. Our goal was to breathe new life into the art on the streets of Estonia, which at the time looked like was left for dead. We wanted to create a space where graffiti artists could come together. And so, Spekter was born.

A decade-long journey hasn`t been easy, but we are deeply honored to be here today with all of you! Street art in Estonia has undergone a huge transformation; what was once met with zero tolerance has now become an accepted part of the urban landscape.
Our mission remains the same – to be a trusted partner for all the artists who choose walls as their canvas.
This special can of paint was created in collaboration with Loop Colors – a key contributor to the evolution of Estonian graffiti. The illustration has been made by the artist TA, and the name of the color is Tallinn.
We dedicate this limited edition can to everyone who has been with us on this journey.
